Aqualite™ is a revolutionary treatment process, developed locally by Osmose®.
Aqualite has been proven to successfully treat radiata pine decking with ACQ®, achieving extremely low up-takes of the liquid preservative during the treatment process, and still complying with the Australian standards AS1604 for both penetration and retention.
The key feature is the much reduced moisture content post-treatment, allowing for the wood to be processed without the need for the timber to be re-dried.

The significant benefit of this new process is the much improved appearance of the treated product.
